Lovell High School Athlete Information for 2022-23 School Year

Students are required to have a signed physical examination in order to compete in all athletic activities. This examination, along with all necessary online registration forms, the Wyoming High School Activities Association (WHSAA) Eligibility pamphlet, & the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine consent waiver, must be completed. In order for all forms to be complete, they must be signed by the parent and student/athlete prior to being turned in to the high school office to receive their "Bulldog Card". The "Bulldog Card" is issued once all required steps have been completed. Athletes are then cleared to practice. The “Bulldog Card” must be presented to the head coach of the sport they are participating in before practicing. If a student must self-pack any medication, i.e. inhalers, Epi-pens, they must have the proper medication form completed and on file at the school. These forms are available on the school website under the nurse’s corner or may be picked up at the school office.
